Okay so I am trying to do my flower bed's in front of our house I keep coming across flowers that I would like to put in the flower bed. We plant tulips but they died now I am planting Daisies and some other bright flowers. We need to put a liner around the flower bed we had decided on rocks but they cost a lot. Now I have fount a plastic liner and then put it around it. I like to rack up the mulch and put some more top soil to raise it up so more then do the mulch back over top of it... I am looking for some ideas...
