Jitter

So I am kind of excited I have the Jitters!!! I am going to California and I'll be able to seem Josiah, Amanda an Michael.. I am so excited and I am looking forward to it very much. Also I am going very excited to say I have been looking into the realtor program I just have to find out when or how much it will cost all together. I am very interested in doing this ...
Only down fall is that the market of buying houses is down with the economy the way it is. So as you can tell I am a tad bit on the stand off I just don't want to invest into something that want for sure pan out that I really want to do.
I really want to make sure that my family has a home and all there needs meet. I have do much I want my kids to have that I didnt have I just want to spoil my kids they deserve it.
