Week 1 of a new me..
So this past week I've been dieting. Trust me this is never easy for anyone but I have to try something. I've been eating a lot less, counting carbs, and even working out!!! I have been eating more foods that are low in calories, carbs, and even starches. I am eating with the idea in mind I'm doing this for me and no one else. I want to be the best mother & wife I could ever possibly be. I've been reading about other blogs where they publish they're weekly weigh in I'm going to do the same and even pop in picture's of what I'm eating and where I'm getting it.
First and foremost I'm drink nothing but water. Yes I've had my slip ups and went and got a coke but that was only 3 times the entire week. It's hard to remember that Coke is not the best choice. I have been going to Subway, Frisco Deli or getting grilled chicken sandwiches. These all will help. I am doing whole wheat or wheat bread. Also I'm not consuming as much food. I hope to start noticing a difference soon. I'm working very hard at this and I want to achieve my new goal along with so much more.
